Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils for healing the mind and body. Each oil has unique characteristics and functions that give an educated practitioner additional tools to cultivate healing. When used in accordance with Chinese Medical theory, essential oils are carefully selected and applied to specific corresponding acupuncture points to accentuate their clinical effectiveness.
